Setting up FOWLR

Hi,

 

I am starting a new FOWLR tank with 75gallon tank and sump.

 

1. Can anyone suggest me what type of LED lights would work best for FOWLR setup, looking for basic LED lights which still bring good coloration to my fish. (not looking for T5s)

 

2. I am planning to go with bare bottom and live rock, I don't want to deal with algae, cyano etc. Hoping that high flow of water periodically should get the detritus and debris out into the sump. Do you see any disadvantage of not having sand bed (understand that some fish need sand to burrow, lot looking to host such fish).
