90g bowfront tank available free for school

This tank is a 90g bowfront 48" wide and 30" tall with cherry colored stand and canopy, comes with 20g high sump, mag drive return pump, 2 Eheim Jager heaters, DJ power strip, 5g topoff tank, Avast ATO with powerhead to pump water into sump when triggered by ATO, Avast CS1 skimmer with MJ1200 feed pump.

No lights are included because those were mine on the tank, but this could be a nice way to get a big start on a nice marine tank at a school.  Actually, I can include an MJ1200 modified to be a powerhead with the external fins if I can find the magnet mount for it to go on the wall.

The tank is still wet with the return and skimmer still running, but all livestock and rock have been removed.  1 inch of sand remains on the bottom as well as a host of asterina stars, tubeworms, and bristleworms.

You'd have to come to Gaithersburg, MD to get it, but I can assist with draining the water, taking it down, and loading it up.

Here is a video of the tank when it was running showing what it all looks like:

Youth pastor at my church been bugging me to set up one in their youth club.

I'll talk to her and if she wants it I'll pass along numbers you can speak with her.

I personally don't have the strength to deal with it while teenagers pester it and do God knows what to it when I'm not around.

Maybe I won't even tell her lol

OK.  That might be nice.  I also have a Sylvania T5 ballast that Justin gave me a while ago that I could conceivable screw in to the top of the canopy and install 1 or 2 retrofit ends to add some light for fish only.

Bump.  Is anyone in the club interested in taking on a school tank?

I've contacted a tank maintenance company to see if they are interested in setting it up somewhere.  I assume they'll be able to come and get it, but haven't heard back yet.  They were the ones who moved it from the Children's hospital to our child care center.

Heh, sure is.  Each time I opened it I was amazed at how well it fits the bowfront.
