All around stunning fish n coral selection. Are the mangroves in overflow? I need to look into how to grow them. What a cool addition

Thanks a lot!... the mangroves are actually on the back of the tall rock... there is a clear rubber band holding them there...

Although in a previous tank I had them in the overflow and it worked great... easy to grow really... I would like to suppliment their light for faster growth... but they have always done "ok" from my reef lighting..

Looking good

Those tanks have great dimensions and you did excellent work with it. Wish I would have seen it setup before I went with the stand I got (ERC recommended it but I didnt listen).

Want to come redo my aquascape? Love yours!

Haha, don't be afraid to change it..

What do you have for substrate? Looks like bare bottom, but not just the glass.

It's barebottom... I painted the glass white on the underside... using a white textured paint... I doubt I will ever do anything different in the future.. looks good to me, easy to clean etc.. I love it

Looks nice in the pics. With bare bottom do you have issues with rocks sliding? I sucked most of the sand out of my 40g, but my smaller rocks tend to slide on the glass bottom. Might have to come over before I do my 90g upgrade to see it in person. Might have to steal that idea from you.

I don't have any real issue with rocks sliding... but my rocks aren't really stacked.. most are singe rocks, with the exception of the left side... and they are pretty large...

Added a unique colored midas blenny the other day... blueish yellow throughout with some cool markings on his face and fins..

That yellow wrasse is beautiful. is your tank barebottom? I want one but don't have sand

Tank is barebottom... but behind the rocks I have an acrylic wall which holds a sand bed just for the yellow and melanarus wrasse to sleep... works great
