AlanM August 11, 2014 Share August 11, 2014 Nice, your ADA tank that you started with emersed plants inspired me to start planning a new 18" planted tank cube that I'd likely put one of the new 6.5k Razor LEDs over. I'd sure like to drop a mame overflow on it and a lily pipe up and in and run a sump rather than a canister filter. Plus now knowing what I know about dosers and controllers and such would make it much easier to do EI dosing. Actually I think you should make this new SW tank a total clone of your planted tank. Instead of foreground planting you could have a mat of GSP. Then selective macro algae to replicate the taller plants, live rock in the shape of Seiryu stones, and coral for the big stuff. And a school of red-spot cardinals instead of cardinal tetras. Would be very meta.

brad908 August 16, 2014 Author Share August 16, 2014 Very impressed with the quality of the tank. Same as all the ADA tanks I've had. Free shipping from amazon, and they crated it. Awesome.

brad908 August 19, 2014 Author Share August 19, 2014 I received a canon 40mm 2.8 pancake lens today, pretty awesome cheap tiny lens. Not even sure if it is an inch long. Just some quick snap shots, can't wait to really test it out. Current state of the living room
