Welcome back, can't wait to see it go.

This is going to be good.  Your tanks have always been an inspiration of elegance.

congrats..on eveyrthing..busy year huh?lol

Ditto...and can't wait to see this, going zeovit again?

Thanks!

Yes, I will be using some zeovit products. This tank won't have a sump, so can't go 100% zeo.

The stand is being delivered on Tuesday and my rock's will be here Wednesday. I hope to have water in Tuesday night, but might have to repaint the stand and delay things for a day or two.

Congratulations on getting married! Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Thanks!

Looking forward to this. I just setup a similar tank (Mr. Aqua 18x18x18 Low-iron).

Yup, same exact tank.

Thanks man. We are living in San Mateo.

I was thinking of doin a U shape scape, but that goes so against my principles.

Nah, I disagree, work with rock, keep it simple, like et else you've done, want to see you work with Lps, go zoas and show the rest of us that it's the bees knees!

Beautiful tanks! I really like the 48gal. It's so simplistic and just works. It's cool to see a tank where somebody isn't trying to stuff as much in as possible. Can't wait to see what the new one will look like.

I think one small bonsai from cermaco would be sweet

Eh, not much of a fan for the fake rock

Yea. I have a good idea now how the rocks will be.

Not much sps for this tank. Gonna look like someone puked skittles into the tank with all the zoas I want.

Thank you! Simple scapes are the best IMO.

Put in 3 hours of work tn.

1. Built the PicO Aquariums stand

2. Put about 18 pounds of Bahamas oolite sand

3. Put 15 gallons of water in

Rocks come tomorrow. Will do my scape, top off the tank, and lot it sit for a month or so. I also need to get a longer pipe to hang the light on.

Looks like no skimmer. You going to put ATO sensor, thermometer, heater, and all dosing inputs along that black corner?

Apex temp probe and heater are already in those pictures. Just need to put on the elos ATO, which won't be noticeable either.

No dosing.

That's great. This will be a nice low-fiddlewithstuff-factor tank.

Yea, that's the name of the game on this tank.

Just all easy lps, zoas, and monti caps. 10-15 gallon weekly water changes.

Thank you

Looks awesome...however I can't get the thought of "puked skittles" out of my head.

So. Much. Color.
