Chad June 20, 2013 Share June 20, 2013 The first generation of lightning maroon clowns (F1) bred by Matt Pederson will be available through Blue Zoo Aquatics eBay account this Saturday. Whether you are interested in purchasing a clown or not, the auctions should put on an interesting show. Here's pre-images of the fish being put up for auction. Incredible Corals June 20, 2013 Share June 20, 2013 Very cool. If someone find the ebay link please share it. I want to watch that for sure. I bet the average will be around $3K.
smallreef June 20, 2013 Share June 20, 2013 Ohhh I'm saying these will fetch a pretty penny also, but I think more like 5k....once he sells a breeding pair iI think the price will come down to 3,lol
Chad June 20, 2013 Author Share June 20, 2013 I'll share links when I see them... Honestly, as much as I both support the overall effort and would like one, since I have no intentions of undertaking a breeding effort, I will go ahead and pass to someone else who hopefully will breed. smallreef June 20, 2013 Share June 20, 2013 I personally like the looks of LM7 and LM8 the best...I wonder how many out of a brood have the rare lightening pattern and how many just have the odd stripes..hhhrrrmmm for me it would really depend on my personal ability, which I have none, to rear the brood, lol So I wouldn't be bidding myself :(
treesprite June 21, 2013 Share June 21, 2013 (edited) Look pretty cool but not worth what someone will end up paying. Edited June 21, 2013 by treesprite
